I own a very old spa and I’ve had several interactions with One stop Hot tub shop. Finding them many years ago was purely an accident, but I would not switch after all this time. I found them extremely competent, helpful very neat and understanding they don’t encourage me to upgrade to a more expensive device and the money I pay on maintenance such as opening and closing, etc. as well worth the fun that my family and I have in this tub. Having a baby, I’ve met many of the Associates and without a doubt, they all have the same thing in mine to service the customer and the best possible way. Kudos to Brian, Carl and also Meredith, who keeps everything straight in the office. I highly recommend this company if they meet your needs.

Big Bri The Hot Tub Guy is awesome! Our manifold froze and cracked over the winter and he came repaired it and insulated it so it won't happen again. His price was very reasonable and his service exceptional. Definitely recommend him for your hot tub needs!

The only Hot Tub Shop you should ever call! Brian came out to fix our 20 yr old Thermospa and went above and beyond to fix it up! It has not run so good since buying it. He is the friendliest and most knowledgeable Spa guy we've ever met. Only regret is I hadn't called them for previous repairs but will always call these guys moving forward and you should too. One Stop Hot Tub Shop is an excellent company to deal with. They are pleasant, professional and easy to communicate with.We are extremely happy with the service Brian has provided us with. He repeatedly came to our house in the Hamptons to diagnose and repair issues with our aging hot tub. He just retrofitted our 25 year old tub with a brand new digital system which works great! We are glad to have found an honest, reliable person that provided us with exceptional service. Highly recommend !!

I’m so glad that I found this company. I have an old spa that came with the house we bought 7 years ago. The company I had been using was really expensive and they told me it would cost $1900 just to diagnose my leak. The pumps and heater are separate from the hot tub and they thought the leak might be a broken pipe somewhere between them. Brian the owner found the leak coming from one of the pumps in 5 minutes! He also diagnosed and fixed the second pump which wasn’t working by attaching it to an air tube that had come loose. Most companies wouldn’t touch my spa because it’s older and they just want to sell me a new one. Thanks to One Stop I’m back in business for the cost of a service call!

This company was the only one on a list of 7 companies who actually answered the phone. They gave me their best possible date to come to the house to assess the hot tub leak. They were thorough and honest. When we had to call again to say it was still leaking they came out as soon as possible and checked everything thoroughly and gave us an education on different types of hot tubs! Such a great experience with One Stop Hot Tub Shop. My old hot tub had a leak and wasn't working. Brain came out to my house in the Hamptons to take a look at it. The tub needed so much work that it was cheaper to purchase a new tub rather than fixing the old one. After deciding to pull the trigger and purchase a new tub, Brian and 3 of his guys came on a Saturday and we were enjoying it that night. Antigone in the office was great in sending me information about the different tubs that they had or could get. And one of the best parts THEY REMOVED THE OLD TUB!

We needed a new Vacuseal cover for our swim spa. We were very unhappy with our old supplier and found OSHTS!! I love this company! They serviced my last Hot Tub and actually kept it alive for 20 years! | decided to purchase a new hot tub from them this year. They did an excellent job helping me find help to update my electric, install the hot tub and they've maintained it for the past three months for free. The service guy showed me how to maintain it on my own, going forward. Excellent service and hot tub installation. I would highly recommend them.

These guys were head and shoulders better than the other companies we spoke to. They were patient with us, coached us through a bunch of things we were able to do ourselves that saved us from buying a new spa - so saving us close to 13K. Other companies were quick to just pitch us a new spa. One Stop Hot Tub Shop was honest ethical and super knowledgeable. When and if we do need a new spa we'll definitely buy from them.
